1. Order Procedure

Step 1.

We will prepare your order information (Including the items you will order and your shipping address) and please double check all the order information is correct.       

        

Step2.    

After your confirmation, we will send you our payment methods  and information You can pay 60% of total order amount as deposit.            

Step 3.

After your 60% deposit. We will customize your order immediately (It will take 5-8 days to make) and send you the video of the items when they are ready.

 

Step 4.

After your checking, we will arrange shipment, you can pay the rest payment before they are shipped out.

 

 

Step 5.

We will keep you update of the tracking information and always online for you until you well received your package.

 

2. Payment Options

3. Shipping Process

  • Truck delivery From Foshan Factory to ShenZhen SheKou Port China.The package will be queued for loading on board after your confirmation.

4.Customs Clearance

  • Customs clearance consists of two stages, customs clearance in China and customs clearance in the receiving country.
  • All the custom Clearance fees will included in Shipping Fees you paid.
  • We do customs clearance of the container in China and your country, and will provide the necessary documents for customs clearance in the delivery.
  • We will handling all the Shipping & Custom process and no custom issue happens to you, guaranteed all the delivery process safely & fast to your door.

5. Return Policy

All of our furnitures are 'Custom Order' ( defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase) Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.

  • How much is the shipping cost?

Our shipping service is door-to-door, meaning we deliver directly to your provided address. The shipping cost depends on the height and weight of your package.

  • Where do you ship from?

We are factory from foshan,Guangzhou,China. We ship from Shekou Shenzhen port to worldwide.

  • Does your products have any warranty?

All of our products come with a minimum 3-year warranty.

The warranty covers both commercial and residential use, protecting against any technical malfunctions during this period.

However, it does not cover damages caused by negligence, carelessness, self-inflicted harm, or dye transfer from clothing.

  • What happens if my order arrived in damaged/defective condition? 
Generally speaking, its wont happens, because our shipping company is very strict on the international packing.If its happens, please don’t worry, we will have a replacement item/part shipped to you at no additional cost.
